It should be specifying location, since all the others are nouns. Kayau (talk) 11:25, 21 March 2010 (UTC)

Four out of eight siblings of that subsection are imperatives rather than nouns. Including the two first cousins, nouns are still only narrowly in the majority at that level (six to five). So the situation isn't so clear-cut. --Pi zero (talk) 14:46, 21 March 2010 (UTC)
But if you use an imperative for specifying location it sounds like a command, ie 'please specify location'. Kayau (talk) 08:51, 22 March 2010 (UTC)
Good point. I changed it to "Specifying". While I was about that, I changed "Active, not passive, voice" to "Use active, not passive, voice", because it seemed to me that one was more of an imperative and it was consecutive with the imperative headings; and while I was about that, I changed "Use of dates in titles" to "Dates in titles" because two consecutive headings starting with "Use", where the first is a noun and the second is a verb, struck me as confusing. --Pi zero (talk) 16:52, 22 March 2010 (UTC)
