Bddpaux's Wikinews Omnibus

First, a few critical things. This Omnibus is not official policy, however: where/when applicable, I always endeavor to refer to official policy. This really is something closer to a long-range "growth" guide... nothing more. Second, I am writing the steps, per se, relative to how I moved through the ranks here over the past 10 years or so. That doesn't mean you are required to follow those steps. For example: There is no requirement for you to become an Accredited Reporter here in order to become a Reviewer, Administrator or Bureaucrat -- none whatsoever.
