Kitties edit

Well, it's probably pointless to worry about this since undoubtedly the person will (one hopes) eventually mature-out, but may I suggest:

  • [Kk]itties(?:[a-zA-Z0-9]*)

Excellent suggestion, it will regex this one out of existance, I just added a wider one, but that one seems to do the trick perfectly. BarkingFish (talk) 06:12, 10 March 2011 (UTC)Reply

Norton edit

{{Editprotected}} Should we add .*Norton.* since the deletion log shows it alot? --·×ald·es 16:29, 28 June 2017 (UTC)Reply

I hope the blacklist is title insensitive. Other targets are Yahoo, and AOL. But how are we going to deal with articles like ℕℴrtℴℕ custℴmer care*** 18444455760 ℕumber, ℕℴrtℴℕ 360 ...?

I think it would be best to go to the Global TitleBlackList in Meta, since this type of spam is quite frequent not only here, but in a lot of other wikis, in addition, as indicated Acagastya, these spammers always end up altering the letters, so there through regular expressions can elude this and incidentally you can help other wikis. —Alvaro Molina ( - ) 16:54, 28 June 2017 (UTC)Reply

Yet you fear vandals would empty your page.

You behave more like a troll every day. --SVTCobra 12:46, 25 April 2018 (UTC)Reply
Irony in almost everything you say.

Recommenation, for both of you. Limit remarks to technical considerations on current issue, rather than bringing in either separate technical issues or accusations about each other. It's pretty much guaranteed that telling someone else they resemble a troll is not going to accomplish anything useful (unless it's meant to act as a catharsis, in which case it might be worthwhile to acquire a punching bag). --Pi zero (talk) 21:18, 25 April 2018 (UTC)Reply
Return to "Titleblacklist" page.
