not the account that was messing with tags has reviewed 173.248.23.150's request to be unblocked, and the result was declined.
The reason given by not the account that was messing with tags was: It was someone from this IP address was removing tags so I won't unblock. —mikemoral (talk) 00:40, 16 February 2018 (UTC).Reply
