Bosnian language written Cyrillic?

Offical alphabets of bosnian language are Latin and Cyrillic, but community (on bs wikipedia) agreed to use only latin alphabet, because it's more practical and it's nonsense to write Latin and Cyrillic, because, for us it's the same. So please correct that (you can check on any bs wikipedia project incudling wikinews and you will see that there is only Latin alphabet) --Kahriman 20:10, 22 October 2006 (UTC)

Links to closed Wikinews language sites

The Thai site is closed. So is the Sindhi one. As for the Swedish one, the page says that it's no longer active. --George Ho (talk) 19:05, 21 January 2017 (UTC)

Swedish Wikinews has that message because some folks having serious beef against Wikinews proposes to close the wiki, either for a particular language or for entire project with meaningless arguments, and failing to understand how the wiki is different for the rest of the others because they see wikinews rather than wikinews. As a news site, the editing process is more challenging for the new comers and archives can not be edited. They fail to understand basic definition of news, and sometimes they decide to close a wikinews just two to three months after the launch (in 2010) and say "this wiki created in 2006 and with only forty-six content pages is a bit surprisingly not up-to-date at all. Having failed its mission and becoming obsolete, I now call for its closure." Swedish wikinews displays that message because some editors from meta added that message, even though the project was running fine.

Locked sites

Declined. They point to where the sister projects where the data is still there, and readers can at least benefit from the archives, which is an important part of any news site.
