@Ottawahitech:, you have questioned the title. This was a long-running court case. It was started by Carroll as a defamation case. It was not until the Adult Survivors Act came into effect in late '22 that the sexual assault was added as a "related case" so that proceedings didn't have to restart. So, in my opinion, we have the order correct and we do need say whether it was a trial by judge or jury. In fact, we may need to mention that it is in the US. (P.S.
