Welcome edit

Väsk, welcome to Wikinews! I hope you like the place and decide to stay. Here are a few good links for newcomers:

Here a few pointers to help you get to know Wikinews:

There are always things to do on Wikinews:

By the way, you can sign your name on Talk pages using four tildes (~~~~), which produces your name and the current date. If you have any questions, you can ask them at the water cooler or to anyone on the Welcommittee, or ask me on my Talk page. Again, welcome! CGorman 22:15, 18 Feb 2005 (UTC)

Thanks! I will mostly contribute to you with interwiki, but will perhaps write something if it happens anything with international interest in Sweden. My bad English skills forbid me from contributing further to this edition. (I posted a response earlier today, but it seems to have disappeared). Väsk 22:08, 21 Feb 2005 (UTC)
Don't worry too much about your English - we can fix your grammer mistakes - we really appreciate your involvement here. Feel free to cover local Swedish news here, not just international. → CGorman (Talk) July 2, 2005 14:03 (UTC)
OK, I'm really not sure how low on the local stadium you can get. I'm a bit frightened of the fact that my local stories will appear on the international main page list. Is it for example OK to serve a page about your own hometown and report about it's politics and development? I have tested it on the Swedish Wikinews (sv:Lund) a while ago.
