I saw you flagged two local uploads by User:Johnny Alves Vaz for deletion. Thanks. I was wondering if you might have an idea why we would have had a number of new users doing that lately — coming here out of the blue and doing local uploads, not associated with any news article. @Pi zero: I don't know. Some of them are comics, some music, some visual effects, but all in languages I not understand. Will it be boredom, or some racism or political statements, propaganda?
