editI notice from verifying the first source that one vital piece of information appears to be missing from the article, and that is the mention of the 60 day waiting period between Pres. Obama signing this into law, and the DoD actually ceasing to enforce the law. Maybe you'd want to make mention of it, since it's quite an important thing to note.
