Accused of using a chokehold

@Gryllida, Bddpaux, RockerballAustralia, Heavy Water: Penny was accused of killing a man with a chokehold and was charged with manslaughter and criminally negligent homicide. The charge of manslaughter was removed leaving only the second charge of criminally negligent homicide. I have updated the lede but not sighted my changes. Can someone do so within the 24 hour grace period post-publication?

I have also issued a correction for the misspelling of Penny's name in our headline. I believe we can not change a headline even within the 24 hours, correct? If I am wrong, we can remove my correction and move the page. —Michael.C.Wright (^Talk/_Published) 16:31, 7 December 2024 (UTC)
