Done (or resolved, rather). Arabic names often have multiple commonly used spellings when Romanized into English (Fu'ād as-Sanyūrah). The spelling Fuad Siniora seems to be commonly used. It is even the spelling used on his official website fuadsiniora.com. I created a local redirect so the link takes readers to our category page for him. --SVTCobra 13:41, 14 January 2023 (UTC)
