The headline, the above IP's second suggestion, is bizarre. It says he "waived extradition" (which would mean the judge let him choose!) then effectively explains he's being extradited. Should we issue a correction along the lines of: "The headline originally stated Karr had waived his extradition; he waived his ability to challenge his extradition."
