editIt is curious to me why ~ is struck down as a "special symbol" when it is a key on a standard English keyboard and is widely known to mean "approximately" in many languages, not just English. It is further baffling because we use so many other diacritics and typographical symbols which are not available through standard keystrokes. --SVTCobra 02:33, 3 October 2019 (UTC)
