can u explain it pleaseAzamishaque (talk) 15:02, 20 November 2008 (UTC)Reply

Can I explain it? Yes. It was incomprehensible. Please go and spend a lot of time reading well crafted English and perhaps do some courses on English grammar. Oh, and install an inline spell checker. --Brian McNeil / talk 17:02, 20 November 2008 (UTC)Reply

I have completed a fact check, and dropped some things that were harder to confirm and not at the heart of the story. Did not easily find a source for the 111th brigade, so removed it. The Asian newspapers that said that Marshall received an award were not backed by Harvard websites, so I dropped that. Chaudry is probably the third honoree, but it was not totally clear to me, so I dropped that too. Next task is to copy edit it for grammar. --InfantGorilla (talk) 16:52, 20 November 2008 (UTC)Reply

There is a student newspaper article at http://media.www.hlrecord.org/media/storage/paper609/news/2008/11/20/News/Pakistans.Chief.Justice.Awarded.Medal.Of.Freedom-3554256.shtml I did not use it as a source, but it is worth a read.

Have you considered including quotes from the ceremony? A sentence from Justice Chaudhry and one from Dean Egan may help the article.

Was there any reaction to the award from Pakistani authorities or Musharraf supporters?

I hope the fact checking and editing I did was useful. You may also want to introduce the third paragraph with a sentence like For several months in 2007, Chaudry was the focal point of a dispute between the judiciary and President Pervez Musharraf's military government. If you don't want to add any of the material I suggested above, then I recommend you tag the article for another {{review}}. I am going off line now. --InfantGorilla (talk) 17:53, 20 November 2008 (UTC)Reply

Thanks, InfantGorilla, for fixing that embarrassing factual mistake I made. Cheers, --SVTCobra 14:38, 21 November 2008 (UTC)Reply
