Taliban
editDistinguishing here between the Pakistani Taliban and the Afghan Taliban was not easy, due to sources failing to clarify the distinction. I suspect the two incidents described here are due to the Afghan Taliban, but afaict the reference in the last paragraph to an offensive in South Waziristan was aimed at the Pakistani Taliban. So I don't think there are grounds here for categorizing under Afghan Taliban, and I'm doubtful whether there's actually enough to justify categorization under Pakistani Taliban either. Atm I have it listed under Pakistani Taliban, but maybe we should delist it there. --Pi zero (talk) 22:32, 7 May 2018 (UTC)
- Yes, it is very tricky. Afghan Taliban were definitely known to take refuge by crossing the border. --SVTCobra 22:41, 7 May 2018 (UTC)
