Removed sister link to Operation Freakout
editI removed for [NPOV] concerns. --SVTCobra 00:36, 15 September 2012 (UTC)
- That edit was done to an article 5 days post publish. Please see below. Thanks. -- Cirt (talk) 03:51, 15 September 2012 (UTC)
20/20 schedule
editis it possible to obtain a fair-use copy of the screenshot that shows the scheduled program? it would be more useful than the pic of ABC headquarters --SVTCobra 00:42, 15 September 2012 (UTC)
- We're well past 24 hours since publication, so, no changing the images on the article. --Pi zero (talk) 01:22, 15 September 2012 (UTC)
- Yes, of course ... sorry, I didn't think the top lead story was so old. I didn't bother look at date. Oops. --SVTCobra 02:03, 15 September 2012 (UTC)
- There is a copy of the screenshot, here link, not sure if there are any other images of it floating around the Internet somewhere. However, we've also linked the official press release from ABC News, which gave the date and description for the broadcast, that then never aired. -- Cirt (talk) 03:48, 15 September 2012 (UTC)

Removal of link 5 days post publish
editRegarding removal of link 5 days post publish (diff link) let's not remove links like this 5 days post publish = would've been a good discussion to raise with reviewer day of publish. Thank you, -- Cirt (talk) 03:50, 15 September 2012 (UTC)
- Just, no. I agree with Cirt on this one because of how long since the article was published. The suggested image would've been better at the time, but we are >48hrs post-publish, and that is the cut-off for substantial changes. --Brian McNeil / talk 06:35, 15 September 2012 (UTC)
- And, the link? Ditto. Pi zero's review stresses how meticulous the sourcing on the article is. That's what, quite reasonably, backs up linking to known CoS dirty tricks campaigns. --Brian McNeil / talk 06:38, 15 September 2012 (UTC)
