She gave birth during her abduction to two boys and a girl.--> Would mean she had three children while abducted (lateron you say she she already had two children and gave birth to the third one while abducted) Correct would be: She gave birth to (the child she had while abducted) during her abduction.

At the time of the video, she had already given birth to two of the three.
