This is the category for King Charles III, constitutional monarch of the United Kingdom.

From 1958 to 2022 he was known as Charles, Prince of Wales or simply Prince Charles.

Charles III is also constitutional monarch and head of state of more than a dozen other countries besides the UK, called Commonwealth realms, but in each Commonwealth realm an appointed governor-general carries out the duties locally. Commonwealth realm should not be confused with Commonwealth nation, which designates a much looser affiliation.
