Wikinews talk:Interview highlights
How exactly do we define "exlusive" interview here??--Bddpaux (talk) 16:56, 11 September 2013 (UTC)
- Something that no other news site or corporation has coverage of. --Computron (talk) 17:03, 11 September 2013 (UTC)
- Only "technically" correct. :)
- We'd define an 'exclusive' interview as one where we go out and identify better-qualified experts than the mainstream's paid "talking heads".
- Totally obvious why the question has been posed, and why Computron is so quick to put in his answer. ;)
Yes, this is an exclusive; I've a few criticisms — which I want to raise in as-constructive a fashion as-possible — but, please review my initial post-publish edit. That, given Sunday as publish date, is likely as-far as I can go on this one.
To some extent, every Wikinews article with a substantial amount of OR is a "case study". So, here — rather than have a longwinded discussion on this page — let's see what we can learn from what, with a few more questions, could've been a "gold-plated" FA. Depending on how far we let consensus 'tweak' the text, I might-well still put it forward once archived.
So, see you on that talk page. --Brian McNeil / talk 19:07, 11 September 2013 (UTC)
