Help with a call
I'm new to Wikinews. I'm having a very difficult time understanding the format in submitting a news story. Is it possible for someone to kindly call me for a brief walk through? I'd call someone, but I can't find ANY phone numbers. It's weird. Thank you, Wayne M. Anderson (waynemanderson) at number deleted prefix:Wikinews:Water cooler/assistance
- We've no way of knowing if the number you posted is actually yours, so you're not likely to get a call. Sorry. If WN:ARTICLE is not clear, then please ask questions that might help us better format it, or target the content for new contributors. --Brian McNeil / talk 21:46, 5 October 2011 (UTC)
- Is Wikinews:Internet Relay Chat still active? If so, perhaps he could get "live" assistance there. I've found IRC helpful for a few projects, although I've never had to look for a Wikinewsie there. :) --Mdennis (WMF) (talk) 12:47, 8 October 2011 (UTC)
Portal Liberia
In the Portal Liberia news, there is an RSS feed. Would it be appropriate to include information from the Main Page news on this portal? Ellen Johnson Sirleaf, Leymah Gbowee, and Tawakel Karman were awarded the 2011 Nobel Peace Prize. Thanks. —The preceding unsigned comment was added by USchick (talk • contribs) 15:37, 8 October 2011
