I wouldn't worry about it. Most people don't notice edits to their userspace, especially someone who hasn't edit since 1 November 2006. (Not to mention the fact that the editorial was the only contribution they made here... hrmph.) It was an honest mistake, and anyone who needs an apology out of you is just a ("meanie").
Obviously you didn't know you were making edits in user space, but just for future reference, we tend to look down on that type of edit/rename. But don't worry about it. Welcome to Wikinews! irid:t 03:09, 6 August 2007 (UTC)Reply
