hi, the article u've started seems to be about events which happened years ago, and is therefore not considered news. Wikinews publishes articles about current events, those that have taken place, say, atmost a few days back. if there have been recent developments relating to Riaz Ahmed Gohar Shahi, you are welcome to report that, along with a reasonable amount of background info to enable readers to understand the context.
