I can't think of the perfect word but this is misleading, and not in the good will of the project. Please refrain from creating things which can prematurely stop others from contributing. It is better if people write about very new things, but that does not mean we should have templates which might possibly stop others from writing something old. At times, there were situation were my older stories were reviewed first, instead of someone's new stories.
