As it applies to news items, perhaps I should supply a little info about myself.

• I'm a 28 year old Australian male.
• I'm generally left-wing, I don't how much. I'm definitely on the left somewhere.
• I am rather politcal, but I don't generally expose that side of my personality unless I'm asked.
• I try not to get involved in US politics, even though I have strong opinions about Bush and the people "advising" him.
