I'm Dirk van der Made from the Netherlands (Amsterdam). I've been active at Wikipedia for about a month now, sought info on a recent topic, couldn't find it, and thought of Wikinews. So here I am. Now I still need to find out what happens to an article here when its news-value has gone. It would make sense if that were moved to Wikipedia (well, parts anyway).
