He/She was refering to the show FlashForward, in which everyone in the world saw their future for 137 seconds.

Ah, sorry about that. I was going to watch that show, but the ratings started tanking before I could get around with it, and after Firefly I no longer get invested in shows that are going to be cancelled before they get a resolution.
