Making our wishes known before we lose our minds

If we live to age 85 or beyond, we will have a 50% chance of having Alzheimer's disease or some other form of mental decline. Therefore, if we wish to claim our right-to-die, we need to do so in writing before we lose full capacity. We can do this in our Advance Directives for Medical Care.
