Arguments against

The arguments against this project are very solid. A simple sign on heavy-graffiti areas saying 'we will donate certain amount of money to legal-graffiti-causes each month this space is clean' like is done at some places in Brazil would alone be much more efficient, not to say constructive instead of destructive!
