And yet Congress, in it's supposed wisdom, declined to give the yearly cost-of-living increase to Social Security recipients for 2011 on the grounds that there was no appreciable rise in the cost of living. Say what?!
And the Obama administration is supporting incentives growing food crops for biofuels.
