I am a small business owner, and am frustrated with this current Government's incompetence of overspending and wasteful mismanagement of the taxpayers money on unnessecary projects (ie. insulation scheme, education stimulus, land based fast broadband... to name a few)and now to send Australians to the wall by introducing a hairbrained idea, promoted by the most idealistic but illogical party in Australian politics (The Greens). A tax on Carbon is ony going to drive more Australian businesses offshore and boost imports from China ( a country that won't care for carbon emmissions)In a essence we are only moving the worlds carbon emmisssions to another country whilst screwing the Australian people, but I guess that the fools running this Country didn't factor this in, with their narrow minded vision to impress a handful of countries in reducing carbon emmissions. I am now urging a Australians that will be affected by these new taxes, to stand up in opposition to this current Government and Vote no Confidence on the grounds of illogical policies and incompetent money management.
