Gulf Oil Spill

As if this could ring anyones ear on the internet. To stop the oil flow they need high explosives right over the pipe. A missil or topedo would expidite the closure. Explosives have been used for years to cap oil drilling fires and would work the same a mile under the gulf of mexico to cap the leak. At least give it a try and see what happens. Whats the hold up?
