Comments from feedback form - ""43% of those polled say that ..."
"43% of those polled say that it was a mistake to go to war after terrorists crashed planes into the World Trade Center buildings in New York on September 11, 2001."
This sentence raised a few questions that disappointingly weren't answered in the article. What do the other 57% say? Is this higher or lower than it has been in the past few years?
I would guess the rest either think it was right or are not sure, with not sure's around 10-20% (what I usually see, anyways) The article indicated that the disapproval of the war has raised recently. It would have been something like 30%-35%-40%.
In brief to me these numbers don't tell anything. It's not like a few percentages would convince the government from doing anything, and they are too predictable.
