The use of smart phones by teenagers

we parents are the ones to be blamed for the wrong use of media content on smart phones because we buy expensive phones for our children that are easily accessible to porn instead of smart phones that are not expensive and cannot access porn,so parents must be careful on how they please their children; period...... These "smart phones that are not expensive and cannot access porn" are incredibly rare, and restricting access to porn still doesn't help a young child recognize that they're being manipulated by social media or whatever content they're being presented with.
