I don't want to sound ignorant but..

There are only 556,000 internet users in Bangladesh, I doubt that this is affecting THAT many people. However I do not like the idea that "anti-religious and offensive" material is good means for blocking access to a website, and I feel that it goes against United Nations Internet resolution regarding people having free access to information.
