I just wonder how newsworthy this is - yet another GOP pol turns out to be a birther. The woman who almost was VP is a birther, and that's not news any more so in what sense is the borderline lunacy of a small-town mayor news? Unless of course he decides to run as VP in 2012 like Palin did (she was also a small-town mayor)
