Third OWI for woman who knocked out power and was arrested

A woman from Oschkosh, Wisconsin was driving while intoxicated and crashed her car into a power pole and knocked out power to the southside of Oschkosh. Power was out for about an hour. She ran from the accident but was arrested. One of the people in the vehicle sustanined minor injuries.
