• The extremely long title of Viggers is per the MoD, I didn't think it necessary to list it as a source since all I got was his rank. I dropped the "sir" and KCB CMG MBE.
• Wikipedia article mentions the Duke of Lancaster's Regiment, however, it seems that at the time it was the Queen's Lancashire Regiment and merged in 2004.
