(note: this is not an actual review, i just read through the article once) Hmm, I think this article is pretty good, but could do a better job at explaining why the Clinton foundation needs to make donations public (it makes sense the third read through, but the first two time I read it, i got confused). Is it just me or is the UTC time off 12 hours, I would think that it should have been 00:29 UTC
