"Request" ?Edit
The way it's phrased in the articel, it makes it sound as though the court is ordering the lower court to do this, not "requesting" it... 76.117.247.55 23:15, 15 December 2008 (UTC)
Edits not based on the sourcesEdit
In this edit. another contributor excised the following passage, with the edit summary: "rm unsourced information":
- "Observant muslims are obliged to bow in the direction of mecca to pray five times a day -- being bound prevented this. Observant muslims are obliged to be modestly attired during prayer -- not naked."
However, the Bloomberg article clearly says:
So I am restoring that passage.

In this edit another contributor excised this passage:
- "All four men claimed they were captured by bounty hunters who falsely claimed the four men were Mujahideen."
As above the other contributor justified the excision of the following passage with an edit summary stating: "remove more unsourced info; add infobox":
- "All four men claimed they were captured by bounty hunters who falsely claimed the four men were Mujahideen."
As above, the Bloomberg article clearly supplies the backup for the "unsourced" statements the contributor excised:
- "[http://www.bloomberg.com/apps/news?pid=20601087&sid=aIrkuzsP1_Vo&refer=home Rasul, Iqbal and Ahmed, who are childhood friends, say they were in Afghanistan to help provide humanitarian relief after the 2001 war against the Taliban. According to the lawsuit, they were captured by a warlord who turned them over to the U.S. military in exchange for a bounty."
