Unless Wikinews has a policy of using a set point for dates of events, such as UTC, this article should reflect that it actually occurred at 0408 August 2, not Aug 1, local time. 76.22.4.86 22:37, 1 August 2007 (UTC)
- I made a reference to local time being UTC+11. --SVTCobra 22:43, 1 August 2007 (UTC)
- Thanks, that helps, but it still doesn't seem to make it clear that it was 4 am on the second (locally), unless someone is very used to calculating times relative to UTC, to the point that they automatically know that certain time/date combinations need to take the int'l dateline into account, depending on how far from UTC they are when they occur. 76.22.4.86 22:50, 1 August 2007 (UTC)
- ok, now it says Thursday locally. --SVTCobra 23:13, 1 August 2007 (UTC)
