We had a brief discussion in the watercooler. Our conclusion was that VOA is PD, therefore it can be used and edited. However, be very careful and make sure that it doesn't appear as if any information that you add to the article originated with VOA. So if you add something from AP or Reuters, make sure to attibute it to them directly in the article. --SVTCobra 20:58, 26 December 2007 (UTC)
