A clear point why I put this back to develop was, from the history, it seemed clear the article had been written from two BBC stories — which Wikinews generally treats as {{single source}} source — then additional sources added and not actually used within the content of the article.
The title is now better.
The "File photo" comment is - when using a photograph not from the time-frame of publication, label it as such; File photo of [subject], taken [year]. What's been done is better than there previously. --Brian McNeil / talk 17:41, 11 November 2009 (UTC)
