Wow. If only terrorists knew how easy it is to scare people. You don't have to blow things up or kill people to terrorize, you can just say that you will! I'm not sure if you're trying to say students shouldn't be scared. Making a written threat that you're shooting up a school on a specific date is serious. I don't think writing it on a bathroom wall makes it any less serious than sending a written letter to the school. I would be scared if I was attending that university.
