Worse than Liverpool?

Why is it relevant that it is worse than Liverpool? They two places are on the opposite sides of the country. I know the source says it, but it seems to be an utterly irrelevant dig at Liverpool. Anyway, just a thought 82.42.131.183 15:40, 26 January 2009 (UTC)
