Misleading edit

Alberto is in the gulf. Not the atlantic. Therefore Daytona and the carolinas are incorrect. It says its a hurricane then says its a tropical storm...There is a lot of If ands or buts as well. Misleading. Jason Safoutin 01:16, 13 June 2006 (UTC)Reply

There's also the fact that Alberto isn't a hurricane yet (and may never be). Karen 04:29, 13 June 2006 (UTC)Reply

According to wikipedia Hurricane Allison (1995) hit the United States on June 5th (as a tropical storm) which would make Alma not the earliest "storm" on record, though it is the ealiest to hit as a hurricane. Since the storm is not likely to achieve hurricane status in the next few hours before landfall this reference should be rewritten. --Mitrebox 15:55, 13 June 2006 (UTC)Reply
