- 2:20pm January 24th--Phone interview with C.R., resident of Tyler.......he's traveling back from San Antonio to Tyler. He states he was in a large meeting all week involving various government workers from around the state. He stated schools in Houston closed at 4:00pm on Thursday, and remained closed on Friday (according to radio reports he'd heard while in San Antonio). States, "Pretty much all of I-35 is closed from San Antonio to Austin. I'm creeping along on the access road right now, about 3 miles per hour."--Bddpaux (talk) 00:42, 26 January 2014 (UTC)
