Talk:Samoa looking ahead to Rio Paralympics with eye on powerlifting
Journalist notes
editTalked to Paul Bird following the interviews we did. He said Julie Tuala, the chef de mission for Samoa is a lawyer. She and her husband are both very into weightlifting. That and the local culture are part of the reason she is working so hard on powerlifting. The pair wanted to make sure they got their grant request into the IPC before the Games concluded.--LauraHale (talk) 12:50, 8 September 2012 (UTC)

Review of revision 1617549 [Not ready]

Revision 1617549 of this article has been reviewed by Bddpaux (talk · contribs) and found not ready at 02:35, 9 September 2012 (UTC).
Comments by reviewer: I did not see anything in the notes discussing cost of prosthetic leg. The last sentence is confusing....I think you meant to write, "[...] has primarily NOT sent..." (and, all that notwithstanding, check that last sentence, either way, for active voice).--Bddpaux (talk) 02:35, 9 September 2012 (UTC) Questions about the above? Ask. If possible, please address the above issues then resubmit the article for another review (by replacing {{tasks}} in the article with {{review}}). - and, for what it's worth, these last few Paralympics articles have seemingly neglected "related news" and "sister links" sections, which I feel add a nice rounding out effect. --Bddpaux (talk) 02:37, 9 September 2012 (UTC)
- It was in the article text between comments. The cost of his leg falls into one of these areas where it is pretty much common knowledge that these run between $15,000 and $40,000 a leg. Not doing related news and sister links and haven't been because of time crunch issues. As the cost information is common knowledge and inline in the text and that is not required to put related (hence the Paralympic sidebar), going to resubmit. --LauraHale (talk) 08:53, 9 September 2012 (UTC)
