There were 4-5 individuals at about 11am this morning. They were waiting for the rest of their team and there were about 30 individuals involved in that. This appears to me to be minimal to resolve the problem (so that the reader has no difficulty understanding why there aren't more people in the pictures); and as a distillation of the minimal essence of the reporter's provided notes, I've judged it just within my purview, under the circumstances. Keeping in mind the principle that if there's one way do to fix a problem, there's no moral difference between the reviewer doing it or requiring someone else to do it. This is, of course, a small item. But we've documented that the event occurred. The reviewed revision should automatically have been edited by removing {{Review}} and adding {{Publish}} at the bottom, and the edit sighted; if this did not happen, it may be done manually by a reviewer.
