Notes on a few things that need doing. Best guess atm, these are within range for a reviewer to take care of during review.
- Date format in Sources. Wikilinks using {{w}}. Infobox. Image (perhaps a file photo of HMS Enterprise?).
- Slightly more attribution here and there (comes under NPOV); for example, when describing motive, that's a claim and so should be attributed rather than asserted as fact (in that particular case, cautious adjustment of wording is called for, since the government statement does make the claim about increasing violence, but doesn't go back as far as 2011; probably inserting a sentence-break will work nicely).
