Deleted photo

After reading Wikinews:Archive conventions, Wikinews:Protection policy, and commons:Image_talk:Albert_Einstein.jpg, I would suggest that the photo be simply deleted and a short notice be placed at the end of the article that goes something like this: "The image originally displayed in this article was removed due to unclear copyright status in multiple jurisdictions (date)."
